KEVIN GAYLORD
Founder and Principal
Kevin’s passion is helping teams and leaders win together. With nearly three decades guiding large-scale operations and major transformation initiatives, he knows how to bring clarity to complexity, align people toward shared goals, and turn ideas into measurable progress one deliberate step at a time.
Throughout his career, Kevin has coached leaders, redeveloped organizational culture, redesigned customer experience systems, and modernized operations in environments from national retail to regulated service industries. His signature strength is helping people see what’s possible, rally around meaningful metrics, and build momentum without overwhelming the organization.
Kevin believes deeply that operational excellence isn’t just a process, it’s a people journey. This belief is at the heart of OpsSherpa. Culture comes first, then systems, then results. Strong teams lead to sustainable revenue, not the other way around.

Founder and Principal
Darin is the brilliant systems thinker behind OpsSherpa. He is the person who sees patterns in data, designs solutions that simplify complexity, and builds systems that work beautifully in the real world. With more than 15 years of experience leading data strategy, system architecture, and AI-enabled analytics, he brings clarity to environments that often feel overwhelming or opaque.
He has led organizations through CRM redesigns, cloud migrations, M&A transitions, BI modernization, and enterprise reporting transformations all while making sure people, not technology, stay at the center of the equation.
Darin also completed the prestigious MIT program in Designing and Building AI Products and Services, giving OpsSherpa clients access to world-class thinking applied in grounded, practical ways they can actually use.
